The package cost breakdown is:

Oversize: If it takes up one pallet then $100 a pallet. Half pallet is $60. We will only ship this up when we have space. Otherwise its $350 a pallet if it must go.

Extra Large: $40 a package size: 60x60x60cm (24x24x24")

Large: $30 a package size : 50x50x50cm ( 20x20x20")

Medium: $20 a package size: 40x40x40cm (16x16x16")

Small: $10 a package size: 30x30x30cm (12x12x12')

WE REQUIRE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE BAND, SCHOOL OR CAMP THAT YOU ARE SHIPPING A PACKAGE ON BEHALF OF THEM IF YOU WANT IT TO BE BILLED AGAINST THERE ACCOUNT.

UPDATE: 12 March 2025

Starting soon, personal packages being shipped on the Grocery truck will incur a shipping charge. The date will be provided at least one week in advance. Expect it to be within the next two weeks. The cost will be based on the volumetric weight of the package, with a minimum charge applied.

To have your package shipped, the shipping fee must be paid in full at the community store before it is loaded onto the truck. If you need to arrange an alternative payment method, please contact me in advance Alexander in advance.

Exceptions apply in special circumstance, we are accommodating so please reach out to Alexander amuller@kwadacha.com for any assistance.

UPDATE: 02 April 2025

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you about a change in our shipping and billing process, effective immediately. Starting with the next truck, any items that have not been shipped to Kwadacha by today, April 2nd, will be billed accordingly.

To help clarify the new procedure, we have created a costing structure for all parcels. Inside our warehouse, we have set up four wooden jigs to accommodate various package sizes. If your package does not fit into the first jig, it will be placed into the second jig, and so on, until we find a suitable box that can accommodate the size of your package. We have five sizes in total:

Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and Oversize.

Going forward, any packages that arrive in our warehouse will be stored on our warehouse shelf. We will then send a cost estimate for shipping your package to Fort Ware to the Store. Please be aware that the shipping cost must be paid at the store (Michelle or another store representative can assist you with this). Once the payment is made, we kindly ask that you send us the receipt as proof of payment.

Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will update the status of your shipment on our website from "Not Paid" to "Paid."

The package will then be included in the next scheduled truck shipment.

Please note that all packages must be paid for by Monday to ensure they are shipped on the Tuesday truck.
